Purpose Statement

From the start our motto is that we are real people with real problems, but we have a real God to see us through this life. Our services consist of spirit-filled worship and anointed preaching and teaching.

Our Beginning

We began as a daughter work from the Apostolic Lighthouse church in Georgetown, TX., into a vibrant group of believers that love serving God. In February of 2008 we were blessed with a new building through the church in a day program, sitting on 13 acres of land.

We are a multi-racial, growing church with a wonderful Sunday School Staff with plans to expand in the near future. We invite you to come and visit one of our services and make yourself at home!

What We Believe

About the Bible

We believe that the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God and that it is the final authority for establishing doctrine.

(II Timothy 3:15-17, Ps 119:89, Deuteronomy 4:2)

About God

We believe that there is one God who revealed Himself as the Father in creation, as the Son in redemption, and as the Holy Spirit in regeneration.

(Deuteronomy 6:4, John 1:1-14, I Timothy 3:16)

About Jesus Christ

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Born of the Virgin Mary, He gave His life on the cross, the perfect and complete sacrifice for the sins of all humanity.  He was buried and rose to life again the third day.  He ascended into heaven and is soon to return for His church.

(Matthew 1:21-23, Matthew 24:29-31)

About Salvation

We believe that salvation is the gift of God provided to us by the shed blood of Jesus and received by faith.  Acting on that faith, the believer will repent of his sins, be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and will be filled with the Holy Spirit.

(Ephesians 2:8,13, John 3:5, Acts 2:38)

Our Worship

Apostolic worship services are exuberant and exciting.  We express ourselves in singing, dancing, clapping, leaping, shouting, and through the playing of instruments. At other times, we may pray quietly, meditating and softly whispering words of worship and praise to God. These actions are heartfelt as a result of what Christ has done for us and for who He is. It is the joy He gives, through His Spirit in our lives that makes us so ecstatically happy!

We Pray Together Aloud because in the Bible we read, "They lifted up their voice to God with one accord."-Acts 4:24

We Lift Our Hands in Praise because in the Bible we read, "Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord."-Psalm 134:2

We Sing With All Our Hearts because in the Bible we read, "Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise."-Psalm 98:4

We Play Musical Instruments
because in the Bible we read, "And all the house of Israel played before the LORD on all manner of instruments."-II Samuel 6:5

We Clap and Shout Unto God
because in the Bible we read, "O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph."-Psalm 47:1

We Dance Before the Lord
because in the Bible we read, "Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs."-Psalm 150:4

We Testify Publicly
because in the Bible we read, "I will declare thy name unto my brethren; in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee."-Psalm 22:22

We Anoint With Oil for divine healing
because in the Bible we read, "Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord."-James 5:14

We Allow the Operation of the Spiritual Gifts
because in the Bible we read, "When ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation."-I Corinthians 14:26
